Martin Swan Violins, Avenue House, Wells, BA5 2AJ

We are based in the cathedral city of Wells, Somerset, UK. You can arrange to visit us here, we hold client days in London, and will also travel internationally to meet you where appropriate.

Our address is:
Martin Swan Violins
Avenue House
64 High Street
BA5 2AJ,
(If you are visiting us by car the postcode is different, see directions below.)

Visiting Us

We welcome customers to our home to try out instruments, although this is by appointment only – we are not a regular violin shop.

The nearest train stations are Bath Spa and Castle Cary. There are trains between London and Bath roughly every half hour. We can pick you up from the station or arrange for a taxi to bring you to Wells.

If you are driving, you can use our free customer parking, which is at the back of the house within a public car park off Chamberlain Street. If you are using satnav or Google Maps, input the postcode BA5 2TY. Drive into the car park and continue around it to the far side. Then look for our garden which is behind a wall and full of trees. Park in front of one of the signs for Avenue House, walk down through the garden and ring the bell at the back door.
