Despite the Coronavirus crisis we are still open for business. Most of our communication with customers is by phone and email and all of our violins, violas and bows are listed on the website with detailed descriptions and photos. We started 13 years ago as an internet-based business, so we are very experienced in working with customers remotely and have well-tested packaging systems for sending instruments and bows out on trial all over the world with courier services. We have recently made arrangements with our insurance company so that we can use couriers for even the more valuable items.
If you are considering a purchase do get in touch – we can help! Just pick up the phone or send us an email.
12 June update:
You can now make appointments to visit our premises to try out instruments and bows. There are two large client rooms but for the foreseeable future we will make sure that client visits don’t overlap, so you will have sole use of the space. We are now also able to travel to meet with UK customers where appropriate.
3 Nov update:
For the next few weeks we will be working within English coronavirus lockdown rules. However, we are still very much open for business and are happy to chat with clients on the phone or by email. We can send instruments and bows out on trial all over the world with courier services.
2 Dec update:
We are in Tier 2, so are once more able to welcome clients to our premises. As usual, this is by appointment only.
23 Dec update:
From the 26th Dec onwards our area will be in Tier 3. This restricts our ability to meet with clients, but we are still open for business and will be checking email and phone messages throughout the holiday period. We are still able to send instruments and bows out on trial – our couriers use air freight, so are not affected by the problems at the ports.
